Yes, when I remove the laptop from the LAN port, the blue LED starts blinking again.
Okay, I'll check that option at home today.
Thank you.

Little strange.
May I know what firmware version is your MT2500, v4.7.4? I would like to reproduce it and check.
Please also try upgrading the firmware to v4.8.2 beta and check again: GL.iNet download center
I have a correction to make.
I was mistaken in thinking that connecting a laptop to the LAN port would not cause any problems, but removing it would cause the LED to blink.
The LED blinking persists even when the laptop is connected to the LAN port.
The same issue persists even after upgrading the firmware.
The same issue persists even if I leave the 8.8.8.8 address alone.
As you mentioned, I thought it was a packet loss issue, so I disabled the interface status track button.
Thank you.
May I confirm is it the System LED > Blue?
When it turns to blue flash, export the log asap and send it to me via PM, let us check it again.
I think this is caused by an abnormality in the WAN connection.
But if the LAN client's Internet is normal in your test, this situation can actually be ignored.
If you feel that it is not suitable, you can contact our CS team [email protected] to replace it according to the after-sales conditions.
The blue LED light issue is correct.
It seems to be resolved after disabling the interface status tracking option.
If I continue to see this issue, I'll contact you as you suggested.
I pinged Google for an hour to confirm the WAN issue, and there was no loss at all.
It could simply be a problem with my router.
Thanks!
