Can I save settings from the router (on 4.6.8 beta1) when I install this version? Or do I need to do a full reset of all settings?

Also, does it have support for USB Network Storage and DLNA built in?

Switching between "normal" firmware and "op24" firmware always includes a complete reset of your device. Don't keep settings.
