Mt3000 upgrade failed 4.7.0 to 4.7.4
Today my home my3000 suddenly stopped and was offline in goodcloud
Had to check it and normal at home and after power off power on
See that it had logs of shutdown 4 hours ago
On checking it remotely inside goodcloud
I see pending firmware upgrade tried to do it and after few minutes it failed
Current version 4.7.0 target version 4.7.4
There is re upgrade but not doing it fear can stop it can stuck

Any one else had same issues or upgrade manually to later version with uploading newer firmware files

Is it the router trying online upgrade? Please tried manually upgrading.

If the upgrade fails, try upgrading a few more times, which may be caused by firmware file packet transmission error.
If the firmware is proofread, the router will not perform to upgrade, it will only upgrade after confirming that the firmware is complete.

BTW, does the router enable repeater and connect to 2.4GHz WiFi?

Hi,

Are you around MT3000? Try connecting it locally and logging to the GL GUI to upgrade.

Or you can use GoodCloud Remote Web to GL GUI, and then perform the OTA upgrade or manual upgrade in the GL GUI.

I don't need upgrade
Here issue is it tries to upgrade and failed and my3000 box stale had to be physically rebooted

Is there a option to not do auto upgrade
Disable upgrades

Maybe wait for stable next release version ready

Hello,

The router will not be automatically upgraded firmware.
When a new stable firmware is released, you will only see a pop-up prompt and determine whether to upgrade if you login to the router's GL GUI (Admin Panel).

I didn't see the screenshot in your last comment.

If you didn't mind, could you share your router to check to me via GoodCloud?

I logged in to it and got Pop up for upgrade
Selected ok and upgrade was good this time
Updated version from 4.7.0
