The cloud use its own firmware management than the download site.
This is due to that upgrading via cloud needs super caution and needs a better management. Also there are some other firmwares, usually for businesses, using the cloud so it needs a different firmware management system.
What you can do now is remote to the interface of that device and upgrade.
