Just found that the MTK7620A support SDXC.

However no information about which version of SDXC is supported ?

FWIW, I was unable to get the exFAT file system working under OpenWrt and re-formatted the card.

I run a 64GB card on another MT7620A device.

128MB should OK. We only tested 64MB though.
