Hi,

Has there been an progress in getting eduroam working with the MT300N-V2?

Sorry. MT300N-V2 does not support EAP (802.1x) in the default firmware.

You can either:

  1. Try firmware from openwrt which uses open source wifi driver and it can support 802.1x, or
  2. Just use another router like AR750, AR750s etc. which support 802.1x easily.

If you are good at openwrt, you can try method 1. Otherwise just try 2.

这个是因为mtk的驱动问题。

Openwrt网站有很好的工具，可以直接搜索固件

安装了您提供的固件依旧没有802.1x加密可选，安装并配置wpad也没有成功。官方能否提供一个支持的固件？需要用来中继802.1x加密的网络，跪求！

Hello ! 经过尝试，下载开源的openwrt固件安装完整版的wpad可以认证并连接，但是wifi变得几乎不可用，wifi经常断连经常搜索不到信号，报错daemon.notice hostapd: handle_probe_req: send failed. 官方能出一个支持802.1x的固件吗？真很需要！

真的做不到啊。wifi驱动问题，我们也解决不了。

选其他型号不就可以了。选AR系列
