MT6000 / Flint2 Wireguard ICMP Response

I have a MT6000 with wireguard running for 2 devices. The rest of my devices use my ISP's public IP address.

I have a broadband monitoring tool which pings my public ipv4 address.

When I enable wireguard, the router stops responding to the ICMP request and so it looks like my connection is down. As soon as I stop wireguard, it responds.

Any idea how I get around this?
