I bought an MT6000 in November 2025 and it’s been working very well until yesterday, when it stopped connecting to the internet. Rebooting fixed the problem for a while, but it kept repeating the problem. I can still log in to the GUI, both wifi and ethernet.
At one point it asked me to update the firmware, which I did, but that didn’t help. It stayed connected long enough to download the new firmware.
I disconnected the MT6000 from my cable modem and connected an old router, which works fine with the same setup, so it would seem the problem is the MT6000.
How best to proceed?
