How can i disable the Cell features entirely?
The point is that i don’t want the modem connecting to any network when in certain countries but be able to turn it on elsewhere. That would mean 100% power off.

You can disable the cellular and mobile network connections by going to More → Enable Airplane Mode on the device screen.
