hello all i used this hotspot one time and it worked ok but tried it a mouth later and not getting any internet. Ive tried the USB3 deal but not getting anything to work. The router see the sim card no problem but i just wont connect to internet. If anyone has a fix i would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!!
Can you test the SIM card in a smartphone with the same APN settings as the router?

Possible your provider has blacklisted the device IMEI?

Have you installed 3.215 firmware?
You can take the SIM card to a T-Mobile store and they will test it.
