Mudi GL-E750 - Unable to load SMS screen on web interface

Hi, after changing a new SIM card, at first I have been able to receive a couple of SMS through the web interface, but shortly after it freezes at the loading screen:

Other functions of the router appear to be normal. I can connect to the internet without problem, just unable to load this screen.

As the registration of the new SIM card is not yet completed, I need to view the SMS received to complete it. I have rebooted the device several times, and I am looking for the easiest way to get the SMS screen working again, without needing to factory reset the device. Thank you.

Wait a few seconds, will the text message appear?
Or does it report an error? Or is it empty?

It stayed loading like the screen capture. No error, no message, the loading circle keeps rotating for tens of minutes.

Tried resetting modem, rebooting, changing to another (expired) SIM card, and without success.

Tried a few AT+CMGL commands, not sure if this is the right command to try, but can only see OK.

Haven't tried "Delete All" because there are unread messages.

Don't want to factory default reset unless absolutely necessary.

Changing your browser?

The original screen capture was made using Chrome. Tried two stock browsers from two mobile devices, still not successful.

Would it be convenient for me to have a look at it remotely?

I have followed the steps in the guide to setup the sharing. But which password should I give you? Do you mean the password I use to login my device's web admin interface? And how do I send the password to you?
