Hello!

I have portable 4G LTE Router. It works fine until I travel to another country and my SIM card uses EU roaming. Then the provider is no longer shown on the display. Also at https://192.168.8.1/#/internet I get the error message "Unknown error occurred. Please check the network environment or reboot the device". And the "Cellular" tab remains empty.

System log shows:

I use VPN WireGuard Client.

I changed Wi-Fi Name (SSID) and password.

The Multi-WAN Interface Status Tracking Method are "Internet always available when the interface is connected".

MAC Address: Manual / Random

Schedule Reboot and Wi-Fi Scheduled Mode
"Switch TX Power" are ON.

My other settings remain default.

The errors remain after a reboot. If I reset the router, it works again but only until I change the country again.
Please help.

When an error occurs, take a picture
When an error occurs, please export all logs and send them to me privately
thank you

I reseted router already. Next time when I change country again I will do.

I have log file exported now. How can I send it privately to you? I see no button in your profile?

The error keeps coming back. Please fix it.

ywp is not working in GL.

Can you send more details of the issue? You can also use email to support at glinet.biz

ywp has fixed the problem with remote control via Goodcloud. He wrote that the cellular problem has something to do with receiving long SMS.

So if ywp is not working at GL, I am forced to reset my router firmware immediately. Was ywp able to flash Quectel modem firmare via remote control? How to reset my modem firmware?

You don't need to reset your modem firmware.

Can you let me know what is the current problem with details? As you said the original problem was fixed. I cannot find any info about this.
