Mudi V2 and eSim EIOT - sim not registered

Hi Cathy, Ah I did have that enabled , but was playing with the settings and must have accidentally disabled prior to taking the screenshot.
I will resend a new set of screenshots when I arrive back to my hotel

Cathy, This is working now that I changed QCM settings, but it still does disconnect every now and then, but I'm not sure if that is because of the esim provider or not. Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear it works.

Can the network automatically recover after being disconnected?
If the problem recurs, could you export the system logs and send to us once again for investigation?

Hi, yes it reconnects after disconnection each time.
Thanks

Oof that sounds super frustrating :downcast_face_with_sweat: if the SIM works fine on your phone but not on the Mudi, maybe it’s just not reading the APN right or something with compatibility. Did you already try popping in a different SIM just to test?

My brother and I worked on this for a while. We were using a GigSky United States plan, and it will automatically switch between ATT, T-Mobile, and Verizon. So once we cleared the APN, it started working perfectly (after a few min of course).
