Hello, I bought the physical eSim and went to download a Visible profile to it but it doesn’t work, this is the log:

Download profile: 30%

Download profile fail: maybe this profile has been downloaded repeatedly by other devices or the current device, please check it or use other esim profile to test, if you confirm this is first time download, you can copy this logs to contact GL.iNet support get help.
