Multiple VPN connections

Hello, I have a question before buying one of the vpn routers. I don’t know how to call it. So I try to describe the use case.

Can I set them up like this (example)?
MacBook uses German VPN
Windows Laptop uses USA VPN
iPhone uses Spain VPN

All connections would be at the same time. If it is possible would it work on all the routers? I’m mostly looking for the travel ones.

You cannot set up vpn on the router like this.

But you should set up vpn on each of your device directly. This has nothing to do with the router then.
