Does failover switch back when a connection becomes available again?
I have my Slate 1800 in repeater mode for the camping wifi with my starlink as a backup. Priority is set to repeater first with the starlink in the WAN port as second.
The camping wifi does not seem to be up always. So the Slate will switch to my starlink. Will it switch back when internet thru the repeater port becomes available again?
When the repeater is restored and working a period of stability (the period is depending on the sensitivity), it will automatically switch back to the repeater from Starlink.
To be sure, you stated in a previous thread that there's no failback. So the router is going to automatically switch back to the higher priority interface if it's working BUT only for new connections, right?
