My router doesn't work anymore

I bought the router 2 weeks ago because my old one stopped working after a year.

I had a sim card in it with 5gb Internet that went empty, since it went empty the router doesn't work anymore.

You can no longer find the router with the wifi and when I insert my sim card there is always no Internet.

Can you add the exact Router model.

If i don't get you wrong, then you have problems with a new router finding the Wifi Network? Did you check the SSID + Password that is written on the sticker on the back of your router?
