Need Help Accessing SMB Share from Phone on Dual Router Setup

I'm having trouble accessing an SMB share from my phone to back up photos, and I could use some advice. Here's my setup:

  • Main Router: 192.168.1.1
  • GL.iNet Opal Router: 192.168.0.1 (connected to the main router via Wi-Fi)
  • Windows 10 Computer: Connected to the Opal router with an SMB share created. (ip is 192.168.0.100)

My phone is connected to the Wi-Fi from the main router, but I can't access the SMB share on my Windows 10 computer. I've enabled port forwarding and opened ports on the GL.iNet admin area, but my phone still can't connect, and it indicates that port 445 is not open.

Does anyone have suggestions on what I might be missing or additional steps I should take to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you!

Check your Windows firewall.

advanced sharing settings

firewall

Is there anything set wrong?

You made two group LAN and there split local network.
Why not your phone to connect opal router?

How could I get it working? I dont have wifi turned on from my opal, its connected to wifi but not broadcasting it, I have pc connected to it via cable to access internet, because there is no wifi card. Is there anything wrong set in the windows firewall or firewall on the router?

I sent screenshots from the windows frewall. Could you check it if there is some problem?

Can anyone please help me with this?

Try to disable your Windows firewall completely - if this works, you know that the issues are the rules, so you can double-check them. Make sure to enable firewall after the test again.
