So I did not so long ago moved from a apartment to a bigger house, in my apartment I always had my ps5 to my television and that worked fine.
But since I now moved my ps5 upstairs connected to my Samsung Odyssey G7 I have nothing but problems with this monitor, especially when going off from standby mode via remote play.
I got blue light of death alot of times and only a hard cable removal fixes it, but I think it is a hdmi switch/negotiation issue with this monitor and since remote play is important to me I was thinking of buying a GL kvm to have it run headless so that I atleast have some backup for sections when remote play is off limits, sometimes this occurs to me when the ps5 user login nag screen comes up.
Has anyone have experience with such setup?
Did it improve some kind of usability/reliance?
Also another thing does the kvm support these hdmi features like hdcp?
Anyway, no I already have all energy options disabled and hdmis turn on and off, it is just the monitor being able to crash the ps5.
