after many many years with FritzBox i desidet to change my router to GL-MT6000. Yesterdayit arrived. Now i am sitting and reading the manual and try to connect to the 192.168.8.1 (over lan1) but unfortunately it is not possible, the given Wifi Gl-MT6000-xxx / 5G are not available.I already reseted the router to factory settings, nothing changed. the openwrt controll gui (192.168.1.1) is working. Can somebody support me with this issue or should i just send it back 
Could you please do a screenshot of the interface of 192.168.1.1?
Looks to me like plain OpenWrt is installed.
Hi i think i solved it, i had to derbrick it. Regarding this manual...
Anyway strange.. it was a new hardware that i ordert at amazon 
Was it still wrapped in foil?
No foil just a carton.
@bruce Might it be some return? I thought all new devices were in carton wrapped in foil, or am I wrong?
Generally there is a layer of plastic film (foil?) outside the carton.
