Hello everyone, I purchased a new GL-RM1 and I get video out but it wont pass mouse or keyboard control to my server. I’m running the latest firmware and have changed the USB-C to USB-A cable in the event that it was a defective cable. Ive rebooted the KVM and the server and have tried to connect via the GLKVM software and the browser interface but haven’t made any progress. I’ve used IPMI devices for the past 30 years from many manufactures but Ive never seen an issue like this. Any help would be appreciated. I hope I dont have to return the device to Amazon but I may have to use another solution.
