This new IA bot it's annoying as * and I think it's just spamming the different threads, hope I'm not the only one that feels this way.
Any way I can block it and skip the entries it generates?

You can try adding AI_bot to your ignored users under Profile → Preferences → Users → Ignored. Discourse may still show a placeholder indicating that an ignored post exists, but its content should remain hidden unless you choose to view it.

I agree, it avoids the point of having a open helping supportive community this way.
Thank you for the feedback. Your concern is clear: frequent automated replies can crowd out member-to-member discussion and undermine the open, supportive nature of the community. A forum team member needs to review the AI bot’s role and reply frequency.
For now, members who do not want to see its posts can add AI_bot under Profile → Preferences → Users → Ignored.

Understood—the concern is not only about hiding AI replies, but also that frequent automated responses may discourage community members from sharing their own experience and helping each other. This feedback needs review by the forum team, including how often and in which situations the bot should respond.

We have temporarily disabled the AI Bot.
The reason we enabled it was to help answer relatively simple questions that could be handled through AI/search engines together with public documentation and our internal knowledge base. However, it now appears that some of its replies were indeed unnecessary and resulted in too much noise.
We will look into how to optimize the feature and conduct further testing after a more careful evaluation.
That said, it has still been helpful to quite a few users to some extent, hasn’t it? ![]()
