HELP - Going mad!
Using a GL-X3000 in the UK
Sim card is the from EE network
Works fine on a phone in same location - have even taken router outside on extension to test.
Only connects to 4G - some people appear to have it working, others dont, some returned router, got another and worked fine.
There is so much info out there and I have tried or attempted to try fixes with no luck.
You would think if you but this device in the UK it would be ready to go without requiring complex AT commands and updates.
Would really appreciate some help with this as its sending me nuts!
What to try first, suggested links others have found working etc etc
Hello, pls check the Cell info under the cellular section to see if router Spitz AX has a 5G connection.
If you connect to cellular 5G with the same sim card on your mobile phone, refer to the Band Masking method lock router to same 5G bands as your mobile phone, or just lock router Spitz AX to 5G bands to try.
Alternatively, run AT command AT+QNWPREFCFG="mode_pref",NR5G to see if you can get a 5G connection.
