No 5GHzwith FW openwrt-axt1800-kernel5.4

I’ve installed the FW openwrt-axt1800-kernel5.4 and everything looks good. Except I can’t find the -5G SSID … Okay, the Slate AX was pretty far away.
Now I’m sitting 20cm next to it, still no -5G

The admin interface at https://192.168.8.1 shows everything is fine:

But ssh says ‘no, no SSID’:

WAN is provided via ethernet cable.
Should I dig a little deeper, or will there be another image, soon?

If you kept the settings when you upgraded maybe do a factory reset and set it up fresh.

Thanks for the advice. I’d almost never keep the settings between firmware up-/downgrades.
Also this time I started from the scratch. But to be honest, I didn’t recheck with a second flashing, it is the first Kernel 5.4 try. But because of the flickering LED (WAN pulse) I do not plan to use this image for long.

I also had a similar issue. I went back to the 4.4 kernel
