No access to local printer in non-VPN subnet

Printer is in non-VPN VLAN
Laptop I'm trying to print is in VPN VLAN

Current settings:
WAN access enabled
NonVPN traffic block disabled
Remote access LAN enabled

This won't work, because that is how VLAN works.
