Can it actually access the Internet? If so, please try changing the repeater’s track IP on the Multi-WAN page

Usually this is a case where the primary router is blocking or there is a connection problem. If you ping repeater to get to the gateway, is it reachable?
What model of device do you have? What version of firmware is it using?
