Hi all,
Just installed GL-RM1 to remote control my Mac Studio from a macbook. No issue during install and firmware updates. At no point I had keyboard and mouse. Video and audio are working well. Any ideas what to do?
System on Sequoia 15.5, GL-RM1 on 1.3.1, GLKVM 1.1.0

can you upgrade to 1.4.0 beta1 . try the Device Identity function and see any help?
According to the logs, the USB-C control cable is not connected. There are several possible reasons for this, such as using the wrong cable or the controlled computer rejecting the current device ID(which might be fixed by disguised to another device).
@minmie it was working great for few hours. After I got back in the evening the device was reported offline and there was nothing I can do to make it visible. I tried to reset to factory default but still I cannot find it. Any suggestions?

PS: After half a day it started working again. I'll keep it monitored.
Not sure how to address this. It stopped working again. The network is stable as I work remotely, but GL-RM1 connects very seldomly maybe once every couple of days otherwise it shows offline all other times.
fyi, one last update. So far so good. Now it's working
