No services in Network Storage app in AXT1800

strangely, my AXT1800 can see my SD card.
however under file services it’s empty. No Samba, webdav or multimedia services available.

nothing in all the other tabs.

version is 4.4.6.

I think the services listed in the second to last photo need to be enabled.
