No way to update firmware New GL-RM1

I can’t for the life of me find where to update the firmware. i’ve downloaded 1.9.2 but when I login to the device via browser, click on the questions mark it just takes me to the docs page. If I try to remote session in it tells me I need to be on 1.5 or later but does not give me an option to update. This is very frustrating.

Regarding the firmware update issue you mentioned, please follow these steps to perform a local upgrade via the KVM Web UI.

  1. Log in to the KVM Web UI and click on the version information in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Local Upgrade in the pop-up window (check "Save current configuration" if you want to keep your settings).
  3. Drag your downloaded firmware file to upload and update

Sorry about that, just to clear things up: since the current firmware version is too old, the cloud platform can't upgrade it directly. You can only upgrade via your local network at this time.
