NordVPN connection is not working with Slate 7

Hi,
I get Auth-Erros in the log if I try to connect to NordVPN.
My Slate 7 uses firmware 4.7.3.
I added the service credentials from the NordVPN site and downloaded some configurations.
Switching on the VPN service shows the Auth-Erros in the log.

Hello,

  1. May I know if the phone or PC is available to connect the NordVPN server through OpenVPN?

  2. Did you get the service credentials from here? and copy it to the Admin Panel to obtain the NordVPN profiles

  3. Please try using the TCP protocol profile to connect.

Hello,

  1. Yes I'm able to connect via mobile phone and pc to the VPN

  2. Yes I used this service credentials. But I copied it same days ago. Since yesterday I can't access the credentials as the Email sending the verification numbers is not arriving - I created a ticket for this. So the credentials may be outdated?!

  3. I tried with a TCP profile (de984.nordvpn.com.tcp)

Hi,

NordVPN solved the issue with sending me the verification email. And :tada: the credetials are changed. With the new one I can create a connection. Hopefully they don't change it again during my holidays.
