Notification when VPN stops working

Hi I have OpenVPN set up for 4 different locations. I use it for a TV server.

From time to time the VPN network goes down and I need to restart something or change something at the server house. I had all routers restart every night but ATT just replaced my fiber modem and now it stops the VPN network working until I restart the modem and my Flint 2 router at the same time. Unfortunately, there is no way of scheduling a restart on the ATT modem.

Is there any way to get an email notification when it goes down so I can fix it quickly?

1 Flint 2 AX6000 is the Server
2 Flint AX1800 as Clients
1 Asus router as Client.

Buy a cheap timer switch - should be an easy way for fixing this.
