Notifications not going to our email, we setup to be notified when router is offline but don't receive email and checked spam/junk nothing. In GoodCloud we get notifications in upper right only.

  1. You can try changing the receiving email.

  2. Please let me know the service provider and domain name of the email which cannot receive.
