Could you please help us confirm the following details:
- Aside from upgrading the Opal firmware version, were all other devices, cables, and connections kept the same?
- What is the negotiated Wi-Fi rate on the client device? Is it consistent with what you observed previously?
- Is the wireless interference in your area severe? Please try downloading WiFi analysis software on your phone/laptop and change the SFT1200's channel to a less crowded one.
- Please try installing OpenSpeedTest on the SFT1200 to check the speed the same client can achieve.
This will help us rule out factors such as WLAN–WAN forwarding overhead and ISP network fluctuations.
