opal won't detect usb(s) after losing power-

I got a GL-SFT1200 (Opal) a few days ago and set up network storage with a external ssd on it using samba. While cleaning I accidentally bumped the cable and it disconnected- it seemingly works fine except it doesn't detect any USB devices I put into it even after factory resting it. If I plug my phone in it charges but I can't set up mobile tether. I have formated the drives without any luck- and the logs display nothing about usb.

Hello,

  1. Does the device charge after plugging into the USB port of router?
  2. Try in uboot to upgrade to the latest firmware.
  3. Please export syslog and PM to me, when the router USB plug the device.
  1. Yes- devices do charge when plugged in.
  2. Didn't work- however during rebooting it the indicator on the ssd started flashing- something it only (usually) Does when read/write.

Is the log you sent me connected to the USB SSD?
It seems that there is no USB device mounted action in the log.

Please try uboot to flash beta v4.7.2 firmware and to see if the USB work fine.

Yep- the log I sent was with the usb ssd plugged in.

I flashed the beta- no luck either... I have logs from the beta-flash with the usb plugged in- additionally I also have logs with the drive after i formatted it and the logs still don't show anything related to usb.

With this clearly being a usb issue there shouldn't be any problem with setting up a NAS right? I have an old pi-0 laying around and if ethernet works fine I'll set that up...
