I have an issue , when.i open vpn , I lose internet connection, I changed another vpn but I have the same issue .
Which model of router do you have and has it been updated to the latest firmware?
Does it show that VPN has been connected successfully with “IP Address” and “Data Received / Sent” displayed? Do you have “Internet Kill Switch” enabled?
Pls send more details, e.g. screenshot of the vpn connection.
