Some of the users may have met such a problem:
They upload a openvpn profile to the router, input username and password, then click Submit. Nothing happened and they are returned to the original openvpn screen.

It is because you have Bitdefender or other similar antivirus software installed. You will find there is a message saying that Bitdefender blocks send password to unencrypted website.
What you need to do is click “Add to exceptions” and do it again and everything will be fine.
