Operational exception -10

Hi there,

Could I possibly be the first one to bump into this? I haven't found any info about this anywhere, forum included.

During a Brume 2 configuration via GoodCloud with firm v4.7.0 I lost connection, appeared offline. I fully reseted it and tried to take it back online by linking it again to GoodCloud from a fresh start, I then get the error 'Operational exception -10' and won't link anymore. I deleted the original GoodCloud offline device as well, in order to start fresh.

I can't get it back online. Any ideas?

Thank you all.

Please provide the cloud logs of the device backend

Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to check it out:

The 15th of Feb I tried to set GoodCloud while hanging it from another Brume2 (cascading them). Today the 18th I’ve plugged the Brume2 directly to the router, so no conflict with the other one. Still, no luck.

Best regards,

It seems that there is a problem with your network environment. You can try using Ethernet direct connection

Hi there,

It's now fixed! Thank you Songxin.

In fact I was using a working ethernet cable connection hanging from another Brume 2 with no luck. Then I also tried connecting the conflictive Brume 2 directly to the main router, but for some reason the LAN2 port didn't work either, I've run a third test in the LAN3 port of the router and it worked like a charm.

Thank you!
