I setup Astrowarp as i’m unable to host a Wireguard due to CGNAT.
However, as many, my biggest fear is leaks of IP as i will be using it through the berylax while travelling so i really cannot have any leaks such as DNS.
Is there any built in kill switch on AstroWarp ? Or any way to ensure ALL trafic will be routed through Astrowarp on the beryl ax ? I’m afraid if the connexion drops it will simply go through my actual location IP
Thanks in advance for those who can give an opinion and/or help
AstroWarp has built‑in network outage protection, but it is not a full killswitch. It is designed if the exit node fails, the travel router’s clients will drop Internet access rather than direct to WAN.
As long as an exit node is hosted, Beryl AX all traffic will be sent to Astrowarp > exit node.
In other words, if the exit node is abnormal, Beryl AX will lose the Internet.
