Parental Control - Refine blocking action

I have a parental control setting that is pretty basic. I have a list of clients defined with a default ruleset: block internet access and set a no limit period of time where the clients are allowed to acess the web. When the block rule kicks in the connections are dropped but it also effect clients that are not in the parental controls list, I gather this is to drop all traffic as a quick way to kick clients off but can't we just kick the clients that are listed in the device list?

The reason I ask is because when streaming I need to channel zap in order re-establish the connection and i know it's related to how the parental controls kills connections as it's the same time every night on the dot when the rule kicks in.

Hi

Could you please let us know the model of the device you're currently using and its firmware version so we can investigate further?

Using the Brume 2 stable builds and the latest 4.8.2 beta. It also happens on different glinet products and builds.

Thank you for the clarification.
We will investigate this further with our R&D team.
