portal site request timed out

Thank you for always helping me.
I manage my B1300 and MT300N-V2 from a portal site, but recently the device control screen has stopped appearing. Am I the only one?

I can display the device list, but when I go to the Edit Device screen, OVERVIEW and CLIENT LIST at the bottom of the screen are not displayed, and Request timed out is displayed.
Is there any way to improve it?

Can you enter the device local GL Web UI?

Is the old version of GoodCloud work before? Is it just issue in the new version of GoodCloud?

I was able to get GoodCloud to work properly with the previous UI.
This problem started happening after I got the new UI.

Could you please share these 2 routers to us via the GoodCloud?
