Possible to change the eSIM network? (Mudi v2)

I have loaded a EIOT Club physical eSIM into my Mudi V2 then added an eSIM profile to it.

Is it possible to change the network provider in the eSIM Management router admin settings?

The eSIM profile I have added is network agnostic, and when using the same eSIM type profile on my phone I can either let my phone automatically set the network provider, or I can manually set this myself.

The reason I ask this question is because the network provider which has been automatically selected by the Mudi v2 when activating the eSIM profile is one which does not have a strong signal in my area. On my phone (with the same eSIM type loaded) I have manually changed the network provider to one of the stronger ones. It would be great to be able to do this on the Mudi v2

Changing the network operator via AT command after multiple tries on the latest beta FW kinda works BUT

  • It is not persistent after reboot, is it possible to "lock" the desired operator?
  • In both Internet-> Cellular and the oled screen i now see the MCCMNC number and not the network name, can this change?
