It would be awesome to have a power bank for the router that holds a charge for a couple of hours so that the router doesn't switch off once power is shut off.
I have the Beryl AX (GL-MT3000) and even though it can work with a powerbank, I find that I cannot charge the powerbank while it is powering the router OR the powerbank will not power the router while it is charging.
The result is whenever power is cut off, the router turns off cutting off internet. This is a problem for someone who is working or is in meetings.
A solution would be a power pack that powers the router but is also to be charged while connected so that even when power supply is cut off, the router can stay powered on. This would be awesome.

Have you checked with the support of power bank vendors like Anker? Maybe they have an idea.

Yes. I currently have an Anker power bank. Which has this problem.
I cannot use the router and charge the powerbank at the same time. It has to be one or the other.

There are power banks available that can provide power and charge simultaneously. I searched "power bank Bi-Directional Charging" on Amazon and got many results.
