Hi, I installed version 4.9 on my MT3000, but I'm having problems. After it's been on for a while, I can't switch between settings pages. It's like everything freezes. I have to restart to get a refresher. Sometimes the Wi-Fi doesn't connect, and there are other problems. If I want to reinstall version 4.8.3 rev 6, where can I find it? It worked fine, unfortunately I don't have the file. I deleted it.
Another problem is that with the VPN active, even if I exclude some devices, it seems to block them anyway, because with the old version I was able to bypass and it worked, now the device no longer remains offline.
We have not released an official or beta v4.8.3 firmware for the MT3000, so you may be referring to a snapshot build instead.

Regarding the freezing issue, did you select the option to keep configuration during the upgrade? If you perform a full factory reset, does the issue still occur?
Regarding the VPN issue, could you please further clarify and provide:
A screenshot of the current VPN Dashboard and policy configuration so we can understand your setup.
For the devices that are expected to be excluded, should they:
Be unable to go through the VPN tunnel but still access the internet normally, or
Be unable to go through the VPN tunnel and also have no internet access at all?
