Problems connecting to MEO Portugal (solved)

I have problems to connect to MEO Portugal using one of their unlimited data SIMs... up seems to work, down not, it also doesn't get a DNS server. It looks like the problem thats mentionend with the TTL but setting the TTL doesn't help unfortunately.

Any hints? Did anyone succeed to connet to MEO in Portugal?

I finally succeeded by setting the IMEI, which i got from my old ZTE mobile router:

AT+EGMR=1,7,"8626980xxxxxxxx"
AT+QPRTPARA=1

The TTL setting didn't seem to be necessary
