Good morning. I have the Puli AX (GL-XE3000). The lan port will not connect via Lan or Wan mode.
Troubleshooting steps completed:
Factory reset
Checked Wan 2.5 Port in Lan mode with same cable, no issue on switch or laptop
Tried Cat 5, 5e, 6 cables with the same result, no connection on Lan port.
Wifi and 5GSA are functional with Tmobile sim.
What could be the issue? Is my unit defective?
The LAN port can not be switched to WAN mode. Only 2.5G WAN port is tunable.
Do you mean 2.5g WAN port or LAN port which one is not working?
If LAN is port is not working, how can you access the admin Panel?
I access the Admin panel via WiFi. I can set the Wan 2.5 Port as lan and use my Ethernet cable to connect via DHCP. My laptop is set to DHCP. The Switch is unmanaged.
Nothing works in the LAN Port. I have no connection to any device I try to use in that port.
