Yep, only in luci you can configure it.
After login in luci switch to Network > Wireless in the menu, select the 2 and 5 GHz network adapter, press edit, go to advanced settings and change the country. Click Save and Save & Apply
For the iPhone 5 GHz it might be important to disable Compatibility mode:
