Following your test steps, I was able to connect successfully quickly without reboot the device. In order to understand the problem，can you run following command via ssh during testing and send it to me:
logread -f &
And if it is convenient, can you record a video of your operation to ensure that our operations are consistent?
By the way, have you tried testing the firmware version (Version4.0 with Type 0404release4 and Compile Time 2023-12-09)?
