Puli XE300 - Very high packet loss after 6 hours - How do I return it?

I’m starting to think this device is garbage… How do I get a refund? I don’t care about the shipping costs or customs, GL-iNet can have this crap back.

Sitting right in front of the device with no other WiFi networks that could cause interference at that level and this thing can’t even ping after being on a few hours. What complete garbage this device seems to be.

Anyone else with XE300 experiencing this issue? Just leave it on for + 12 hours overnight with data flowing.
