Randomly Disconnecting using repeater mode

Hi I have a Gl-A1300 Slate Plus and it works great most of the time. I use it as a repeater and then connect to a vpn for all my devices to connect to. I keep randomly disconnecting and it won’t reconnect.

These are my system logs:

Is there something in here I can do to fix the issue. Just before the first line in the system logs it was just repeating the wireguard successful connection message as it would normally. It disconnects 1-2 times a day and won’t reconnect unless I disable and reenable the repeater. After that it’ll work fine for hours then repeat. I know it’s not an issue with my network as I have ran ping tests from my main router on other devices and there are no connection drops any tips on this?

HI,
Snapshot firmware has addressed the wireguard client reconnecting failure issue.
Could you please try? GL.iNet download center

I’m not having an issue with wireguard Disconnecting, My actual internet will disconnect on the GL-inet Router but will not on my devices that are connected to my main router. Therefore its an issue with repeater mode and I have to disable and re-enable repeater mode before it will reconnect again. As It refuses to reconnect bad unless I do.

Sorry misunderstood. Can you export the full log on System-Log page? (when it disconnects and won’t connect)

I’ll try but unfortunately it does so when I’m away and the logs on luci get spammed trying to reconnect till they delete

Mine does this too and the most annoying part is when I do it when I’m away from the house as I lose access to my security cameras as well as monitoring 3D prints. While I have a way it. Has anyone found it a reason or a solution for this?

Can you please try to toggle this option off

This way repeater will reconnect to the same SSID when disconnected.
