I turned my laptop on (the remote computer) and expected it to show up in the cloud Gli software on my Mac. After several minutes, it wasn't showing up online and remained offline. I could see the screen of the laptop through my Comet viewer LCD. After logging into the laptop, thinking it might be something to do with gaining access, but I know that this is actually not relevant. I'm still refreshing the Gli app, and it's still showing as offline, saying that the local IP is not available. The remote PC is connected to the internet just fine.
What's going wrong? Why is it showing up as offline while the remote computer is showing up as connected to the internet, and the screen is displaying in the Comet panel that everything is connected properly? I have exited the Gli app multiple times with the same result. I am using V1.4.0
